There is substantial evidence that Monsanto knew or should have known that glyphosate could be harmful to humans, based on internal documents and scientific reviews.

• Internal documents revealed by investigative journalists and public interest groups show that Monsanto was aware of potential health risks associated with glyphosate as early as the 1970s. The company conducted internal toxicity studies on animals that showed kidney damage, organ changes, and tumor formation—evidence that was not fully disclosed to regulators.

• In the 1980s and 1990s, EPA scientists identified glyphosate as a potential carcinogen, with findings of tumors in rats and mice. Despite this, the EPA eventually approved glyphosate for use, influenced by Monsanto’s submissions and lobbying efforts.

• Ghostwritten studies were used to promote glyphosate’s safety. A landmark 2000 paper, published in Regulatory Toxicology and Pharmacology, claimed glyphosate posed no health risks to humans. This study was later revealed to be ghostwritten by Monsanto employees and based on unpublished internal data, while ignoring studies that showed carcinogenic effects.

• In 2015, the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified glyphosate as a “probable human carcinogen” (Group 2A). Monsanto responded by attempting to discredit the IARC report, even though internal documents showed the company had long known about the risks.

• Multiple U.S. court rulings (e.g., Dewayne Johnson, Edwin Hardeman, and others) concluded that Monsanto failed to warn consumers about the cancer risks of Roundup, and that the company knew or recklessly disregarded the dangers.

• In December 2025, a major study that had been used for decades to justify glyphosate’s safety was retracted due to ethical violations, including secret authorship by Monsanto employees and suppression of conflicting data.

These findings collectively indicate that Monsanto concealed or downplayed evidence of glyphosate’s harm for decades, despite internal knowledge of its potential dangers.

DANGER: Pesticide Immunity Bill passes KY Ag Committee!

Now it goes to the Senate floor for 2 readings, then a full Senate vote.

It could get a first reading TOMORROW! They want to rush this through.

This must not pass! Here’s why:

SB199 not only gives a liability shield to glyphosate (RoundUp) but to ALL companies who manufacture any of the 57,000 CURRENT CHEMICALS as well as ALL FUTURE CHEMICALS. Forever.

*Need To Know: The EPA definition of “pesticide” includes insecticides, herbicides, rodenticides, fungicides, disinfectants and sanitizers, plant regulators, defoliants, and desiccants.

This liability shield prevents those of us harmed by these cancer-causing chemicals from suing the manufacturer.

These chemicals are not just sprayed on food crops. Glyphosate and atrazine (even worse) are routinely sprayed on school playgrounds and public parks. In fact, DeWayne Johnson, the first person to sue Monsanto over glyphosate causing his non-Hodgkins Lymphoma was the guy spraying school property! He won, even after several appeals.

Monsanto/Bayer has paid out $11B in awards with another $10B on the brink of being awarded AND another 108K cases in the works. They want relief even though they knew about the harms to humans and LIED about it to get EPA approval.

The lobbyists at yesterday’s Senate committee hearing were dismissive of these “state lawsuits” stating that they didn’t prove glyphosate caused cancer and they would continuing spraying until they see The Science. Go here to see The Science.

🐝 WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Right now is the time to double-down: call, email, and/or write your senator TODAY to oppose SB199. It takes a second and has an impact! Every Big Ag farmer is calling. Many of them were there yesterday filling the room, alongside their keeper, the Farm Bureau.

POINTS TO MAKE in your email/call/text:

Pick one or two or three of the following that speaks to YOU or just request that your Senator OPPOSE SB199! Maybe mention that Monsanto KNEW its product was harmful and lied.

• Stand for Health Freedom has an excellent pdf here — send this to your Senator!

• The 7th Amendment to the US Constitution and Section 7 of KY’s Constitution guarantees our right to trial by jury to sort our grievances. The Founders included the court system to keep us from shooting each other over harms done to us by another. SB199 flies in the face of that.

• This bill protects not just glyphosate but the current 57,000 chemicals on the market AND all FUTURE chemicals! These are found in dish soap, hand soap, personal care products, cleaning products, vaccines, all conventional wheat and bean products (granola, cookies, crackers, cereals, hummus, canned beans), and more.

• This cancer-causing chemical is routinely sprayed on school properties and public playgrounds as well as medians, sidewalks, the exterior of buildings, gardens… Imagine your kids and grandkids playing on playground wood chips soaked in glyphosate.

• $11B paid out so far in lawsuits by people harmed by glyphosate with billions more in the works.

• As Senator Funke Frommeyer (R, 24) pointed out, liability shields discourage innovation. Don’t have to do better when what you have is without consequence.

• Did you know that farmers can now kill weeds with lasers? Why not help farmers upgrade???

• Other known health effects of glyphosate:

  • Found in breast milk and umbilical cord blood

  • Linked to premature births and low birth weights

  • Glyphosate kills bugs, including the good bacteria in our guts.

  • Found in grocery store eggs and chickens from GMO feed.

  • Increases risk of liver damage in kids and adults

  • Causes permanent damage to reproductive organs affecting fertility

  • Crosses blood-brain barrier (the BBB) promoting dementias and brain inflammation

  • Present in 57% of sperm samples from infertile men

  • Exposure during pregnancy raises child’s risk of poor brain function

  • Linked to worse brain function in teens

  • Linked to severe depression and cognitive decline

  • 55% of manatees have glyphosate in their bodies (2020)

  • Linked to antibiotic resistance to hospital-inquired infections (like MRSA)

There’s no way around the fact that persistent poisoning leads to serious disatrous health effects. Glyphosate and the other 57,000 chemicals on our food and in our products are contributing to our chronic health problems. Today, 64% of American children now have a chronic health condition. Fifty years ago, it was 10%. Glyphosate was introduced in 1995.

Correlation does not prove causation, but when correlation is high enough, that’s a signal to look deeper.

We must do better.

• Excellent article about where we are headed with AI! Yes, LOTS of jobs are going away. Now is the time to focus on all the things we did to keep family in food and health before the industrial revolution. Farming, staying healthy, using home remedies, focusing on friends, community (like, ahem, tonight at Clamato’s). AI can’t replace those things. Anyone who relies on conventional grocery stores and on conventional hospitals/doctors will indeed suffer, but that demographic is going down. People are waking up. We know the protocol, it is all too familiar to us and sickening. Read the details of Danielle’s hospital stay here, tissues will be needed. Apparently the evidence is overwhelming proving not just gross negligence but intentional harm. A victory here, which seems likely, opens the door to so many other murders being prosecuted. Is Candace Owens to be Trusted?

Gary at Paramount Tactical did a podcast accusing Candace Owens of lying about Charlie Kirk’s assassination and her current situation… He makes a compelling, well laid out case by simply using Candace’s own words and own footage. In this case, it doesn’t matter who Gary is or if you think you trust him. His process is straightforward, and he is only presenting a transparent way for us to see the clear discrepancies, inconsistencies, and outright mis-truths being preached as fact by Candace. It’s disappointing and disturbing but worth being aware of since she has become such a trusted source for so many of us and has the power to influence the opinions of so many. As a result, she is a target for folks who want to manipulate her to use her platform for their own ends. Candace is almost certainly well-intended but is likely being used by people with nefarious agendas. It’s worth watching the whole thing, but the first ten minutes will give you an idea of how Gary lays out his case.

Many of us have been multiple times, it is an amazing concert, so much love!

You all, I hope you’re sitting down for this. It turns out — you ARE sitting, right? — that glyphosate DOES cause cancer. It turns out the EPA was relying on a “safety” study falsified by — I know this sounds crazy — falsified by Monsanto. Video on X here.

I’m losing faith in big corporations to tell the truth.

Next they will be telling you that fluoride is indeed a toxic waste product and that smart meters are indeed dangerous to health and home, that the “safety” studies those government agencies relied on were falsified or cherry picked. Crazy times. I may need to stay in bed all day.

Status update hearings have been short and uneventful. However, the judge and prosecutor do pay attention to supporters in the courtroom! Derek wants his time in front of a jury to share his case and his reasoning. The court system wants him to plead out. They may have given up on that, Derek is pretty persistent.

There are several of us who have gone to every hearing. Afterwards, Derek’s attorney, Kelly Kilgore, answers questions and explains what has happened and what we might expect to happen next. There is some discussion of how our judicial system has been corrupted through the years.

Access to the courts to settle our grievances is in the Constitution. We’ve watched the lawfare trend escalate over the years for both politicians and ordinary people. Pile on the charges, calculate extraordinary prison time so defendants will be terrified and will either plead out or spend thousands of hours and dollars defending themselves on every count.

Only we can correct the process and at this point, that can only be done with sunshine. Please join us for a few minutes on Friday morning. It matters

In the 5 years since the pandemic began in 2020, courts from jurisdictions all over the country have been gatekeeping and running cover up for the perpetrators of the Covid fraud; in many cases officials are deliberately preventing evidence-based legal action regarding the premeditated fraud of Covid from ever being brought to a Jury of the people.

The vast majority of civil cases filed in an attempt to seek justice for those harmed in the aftermath of the Covid Era abuses, have been summarily dismissed for lack of standing by judges who refuse to allow the people actually responsible for Covid to be put on trial .

For any challenge over these abuses of power to be brought before a Jury within our captured courts of law, I recognized alternative means would be required to secure our own standing to be heard before the law. The best option that came to mind at the time was via peaceful acts of civil disobedience in order to warn the public and non-corrupted officials of the fraud by posting public indictments to the walls of the criminally-captured institutions, under the authority of we the people who still recognized our universal right to self defense.

In the greater context of this ongoing constitutional crisis, if the full evidence is allowed to be presented before a reasonable jury, there hopefully can be a recognition of how, throughout the lockdown period of early 2020, all constitutional forms of redress and representation were outright denied, while basic rights of bodily autonomy and informed consent were absolutely violated. I wish to present before a Jury evidence and witness testimony that would provide proof that my actions under the unprecedented circumstances were a reasonable and justified means for defense of life and liberty in the face of clear and present danger of imminent harm to the people of the commonwealth.

The intent behind using spray paint was not a politically motivated crime as the State Prosecutor is claiming. Instead it was cry for help from the soul of the deeply aggrieved, at a time when those in authority either couldn’t or wouldn’t defend the people from the onslaught of tyranny. The letters of grievances and painted walls were a Hail Mary Prayer sent out in hope that the subsequent investigation and man hunt for the messenger would raise a greater public call for initiating investigations into those corrupt officials responsible for orchestrating the mass murder operation, falsely claimed to be a Pandemic.

Looking back, perhaps the plan was a bit naive, and it probably was crazy to think I would ever be given a fair Trial before a Jury of peers. In the following years the overall state of corruption within the criminal justice system seems to be worsening. The mass murderers like Fauci have all been given pardons and enjoy total immunity from justice, while the Commonwealth of Kentucky plays oblivious to reality, continuing their push to prosecute a whistleblower over misdemeanors. The state is using every trick in the book to limit the possibility of an actually fair process, going so far as to deny all witnesses from testifying who could substantiate these accusations.

The new Trial date is set for May 11th 2026, and the next hearing will be this Friday, November 21 2025 Lexington Circuit Court 2nd floor 8:30am

I’m inviting anyone who wishes to attend and bear witness to the proceedings. Having a community of support show up for these hearings has helped equal the playing field. It sends a message to the court that we the people are watching everything and will be expecting a fair trial to proceed in accord with the rights of a defendant to due process of law, free from judicial bias or political interference.

An Inconvenient Study

In 2016, journalist Del Bigtree issued a challenge to the head of infectious disease at one of the most prestigious medical institutions in the world, Henry Ford. The deal was for the expert doctor to conduct the most thorough vaxxed vs. unvaxxed study that has ever been done, and all agreed that the results would be published no matter what.

The expert ran the study to prove Del wrong. When it was finished, however, he refused to publish. That study never saw the light of day... until now.

Last month, Kathy, Dawn, Sally & several liberty friends attended the first annual Brownstone Institute retreat at Polyface Farm! Many of you wanted to be there but couldn’t, and this is our chance to bring the spirit of the event back home.

The gathering at Polyface, hosted by Jeffrey Tucker of the Brownstone Institute, and joined by voices like Joel Salatin, Thomas Massie, Robert Malone, Ryan Cole, Mary Holland, and Leslie Manookian, was more than a conference — it was a retreat into deeper questions of freedom, resilience, and community.

We explored themes of health and medical autonomy, food independence, free speech, and the need to reclaim cultural and spiritual grounding in our daily lives. The setting itself — the rolling fields of Polyface Farm — gave weight to discussions about food sovereignty and living outside systems of control.

IT WAS COMPLETELY INSPIRING, top to bottom! We came home restored, with renewed energy to face the reality of what just happened — this still ain’t normal, folks — and to reconnect with our community, our personal lives and energy.

Let’s eat, then we’d like to share not just the information (which was phenomenal), but also the energy and hope that came from being amongst people committed to independence and renewal. IT HELPS SO MUCH TO HAVE SUPPORTERS IN THE AUDIENCE even if nothing “substantial” happens. The judge has been very impressed with our support, that means a LOT. These aren’t two crazy spray paint wielding kids. They are adult humans with serious concerns that we all share and have talked about since March 2020.

Address is Fayette County Circuit Court, 120 N Limestone, Courtroom 2 (2nd Floor), Lexington. This is the courthouse on the corner of Main and Limestone. Parking garages are around the corner on Barr Street and across Main Street at the library. There is often meter parking on the surrounding streets.

P.S. As of now, the trial is set to start October 13th. Heaven knows what will come of it, but Joanne and Derek are prepared to give it everything. They welcome everyone to fill the courtroom to witness the main event. Please join us this Friday am and save the date for the trial!

• FOOD: It’s potluck so please bring something to share. [If you don’t have something to share, come anyway!]

• DRINK: We’ll have water, ice and coolers but if you want something else, BYOB.

• Please clean up what you brought, leave nothing behind. Thank you!
