1st Thursday is Tomorrow!
Let's eat! No prepping, just supporting a local business with friends :)
Steak ‘n Shake, Y’all! 🍿🫕🥙
Our first Thursday gatherings will continue this summer! It just won’t be potluck-style because who wants to cook in this heat???
At last month’s potluck, we talked about doing something different with First Thursdays. So we thought let’s meet at a local restaurant, enjoy a delicious, affordable dinner, and chat amongst ourselves. No speaker, nothing formal, just real facetime with our community.
Tomorrow night, Thursday June 5 at 6:30pm, we’re at Steak ‘n Shake in Hamburg! We warned the manager there will be about 20 of us, she said, “OK!”
Bring your ideas for the July & August meetups (or hit reply and tell us!)
Special purpose meetings will be announced in this newsletter as they come up. These will generally be at Newton’s Attic although other locations are possible. If you have ideas for speakers, PLEASE LET US KNOW — just hit reply :)
Repeal Real ID
John Birch Society has a plan to repeal Real ID! Read the post, then click a button to let your federal representatives know that you want it GONE. Quick action, huge impact! Please share the link and encourage your friends to speak up. (Thanks, Tina, for the head’s up!)
What are YOU afraid of?
Who’s that candidate? A KY pro-liberty one!
Who’s That Candidate is a pro-liberty initiative that we at MAFA believe deserves your backing. WTC is the result of years of dedication, countless hours of work, and significant financial investment by known, trusted, and committed liberty advocates who have been MAFA members since our beginning in December 2020.
From WTC: “Your gift will be used by Who's That Candidate Marketing to build knowledge and support in central Kentucky on behalf of pro-liberty ideas, consistent with the original founders of the USA. See WhosThatCandidate.com to learn more about our organization and outreach. We use marketing techniques to educate Kentuckians about original-intent Constitutionalist principles of maximal and equal rights. We encourage the election of pro-liberty legislators and can provide consultation and guidance for candidates.”
Can you help? Give HERE to help fuel this needed strategic initiative!
