How to Get Started with Cash:
Because once cash is gone, once your only spending money comes from gov-controlled CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency), you will need permission to do anything. #dontbewinston
Every Monday take enough cash out of your account to cover groceries & gas for the week.
Get a new Kroger card that is unattached to you: either fill out a fake name or find someone to hand you the card without making you fill it out. Then use that card with cash so you get the discount with no attachment. If you must use a CC at checkout, get a new card. The minute you use the discount card with a CC, all previous purchases will show up under your name. #dontbetracked
If you need a receipt, do not have it emailed to you (tracking). Print it and take it. (Warning: most printed receipts contain a load of BPA, a dangerous toxin. Let the clerk put your receipt in the bag so you don’t touch it. This article explains why as well as other ways to avoid the toxin.)
Yes, cash is inconvenient. Make it a game. Honestly, the idea grows on you. Once you start paying cash, you want to do it more because FREEDOM FEELS GOOD!!!

The first KY Food Independence Club HUB is open at Bean’s Cafe in Dry Ridge!!! If you live in Northern KY, this is a good option for you to get real clean fresh food from a local farmer! Contact Sally Oh at 859-550-3862 to see how to get in on the goods :)
