National Day of Prayer
Tomorrow (May 7th) is National Day of Prayer. This is a national holiday set aside so that every one may stop their busy schedule and observe a day to turn your face to the heavens and thank the Almighty for the air in your lungs and all the blessings that one may have. It is also a wonderful time to ask God to touch the lives of those around you and our national leaders. I hope you join me in this wonderful event. As you go through your day tomorrow, know that your whole nation will be banning together and praying for the country.
A lot of bloggers/media/columnists are talking about President Obama not observing this day publicly. Don't let that discourage you. Be encouraged! Pray harder!
Here are 7 simple suggestions for tomorrow as suggested by www.nationaldayofprayer.org.
