Take Action
Congress voted on a provision to STOP funding for mandatory electronic Animal ID tags or RFIDs (radio frequency identification). RFID is a form of wireless communication that uses electromagnetic or electrostatic coupling in the radio frequency portion of the electromagnetic spectrum to uniquely identify an object, animal or person.
NOT safe or effective.
So WHY did it fail?
Big Ag groups lobbied to KEEP the funding. They want mandatory RFIDs to make it easier for them to export and import meat. They claim the benefits trickle down to all producers, even though all evidence says the opposite!
Small independent producers don’t usually export, yet they bear a disproportionate cost of RFIDs.
Not to mention that Big Ag can use GROUP RFID tags (instead of individual ones), so they get ALL the benefit with almost NONE of the costs.
Plus there’s the tiny bit of mis/disinformation that RFID will increase food safety and consumer transparency. Haha, where have we heard that before?
The fact is mandatory RFID does not address either because the tracking ends at the slaughterhouse, providing no benefits to you, the consumers. If you are still eating grocery store meat?
The Action
Please write to your rep and either thank them for voting AYE or spank them for voting NAY:

Businesses Promoting Cash:
Good Foods! Did they wake up? The last time I was in there, the cashier asked if I was a member (like they always do). I gave my regular answer: “No, you all called the cops on me for not wearing a mask.” This time, the guy chuckled and said, “That’s not likely to happen again.” Hmmmm….
Woodie’s Appliance Services gives 10% off for cash. They are fixing the food club fridge!
Who can we add to this list?

Here's a TV show made in 2020 with an odd vaccine story line. Pretty crazy… I mean, who would do something like that? Sheesh. Hollyweird.
