This Wednesday! Support People Who Stand Up to Intimidation (another form of censorship)!

Politics aside, when venues cancel events due to threats, we need to support the brave people who take a stand against censorship by intimidation. This Wednesday is an opportunity to do just that.

Don’t let the minimum suggested donation deter you! Come if you can and give what you can!

Dear Friends,

Thanks, Dave B., for bringing this to our attention!

Liberty advocate, TJ Roberts, successfully primaried and displaced Rep. Ed Massey (R. 66th District), one of Kentucky’s worst RINOs. As TJ prepares for the November general election, his campaign has hit an interesting bump in the road with the last-minute venue cancellation for an upcoming fundraiser with the brave and very controversial Kyle Rittenhouse.

Regardless of your politics, we should all agree that censorship by intimidation should not be a part of the American conversation (or lack thereof).

The good news is that the patriots at Smokin’ This and That BBQ in Florence are now hosting the event! This larger venue can accommodate more people, and we would like to pack the house to give a good Kentucky welcome to Kyle Rittenhouse. Please don’t let the $150 suggested minimum donation dissuade you from attending.

Please come if you can and give what you can. But, please be sure to RSVP (and select “Other” when making your contribution, if needed). Don’t want to RSVP on line? Please text TJ at (859) 446-0185.

Quarterbacking the Food and Farmer Symposium: by Meryl Nass

Thank you, JP!

“As you know, Door to Freedom and Children's Health Defense put on a 2-day, 17-hour symposium last Friday and Saturday, titled, "The Attack on Food and Farmers, and How to Fight Back."  Everyone said the speakers and content were excellent.

There were 40 talks in all, and then a wrap-up with former Assistant Secretary of HUD Catherine Austin Fitts, attorney and farmer John Klar and myself.

Some of the talks were heart-warming, such as how children are being taught about farming.  Some informed us how to improve our health.  Some provided very hard-to-find information regarding the geoengineering of our weather, or the many important nutrients that are lost when milk is pasteurized.

The two days were very intense. There was a lot of troubling news to take in about the ways traditional farming is being attacked in order to be replaced by industrial food and centralized control over food.  It's news we need to know about, but it's very hard to digest so much in one long blast.

For example, there was the 30 by 30 plan that Margaret Byfield discussed:  an effort to conserve 30% of the US' land and water by 2030.  This is actually a global initiative, and farmland is being set aside for "Natura" areas in Europe as part of the same program.  It doesn't seem possible that the globalists could have such bold designs -- but they do, and it is already happening.

By the time we got to the "Solutions" part of the symposium, most viewers were struggling to take it all in.  Even I was struggling--and I had chosen the subjects and speakers.

Luckily, we have a solution so viewers can get all this great information, but not be overwhelmed.  We are separating out all the individual talks to make individual viewing easier, and making clips from each one, so that you can watch just one or all forty talks at your leisure, and also get an idea from the clips which ones you'd like to see.  We should have the individual talks ready by next week, and the clips ready soon after.

It is a lot to take in, but the future of food and farming will be bleak if we close our eyes to what is happening.  There is plenty of scope to fight back, and we provide "Take Action" information on 8 key areas so viewers can start responding immediately.

Here is CHD's Defender article on the symposium:

In Case You Missed the meeting with Oxbow Meats

Thanks to everyone who attended the wonderful presentation from the Westfall family about Oxbow Meats! Lots of you wrote to say how grateful you were to have them with us. And thanks for the samples!

For those of you who could not make it . . .

More About Oxbow Meats In Their Own Words

Oxbow Meats: Locally owned, sustainable meat processing geared toward the small family farm!

Local Meat Done Right!

Oxbow Meats has a great selection of local fresh and frozen meat available every day! Or, if you want something a little different, give us a call or let us know and our experienced staff will work with you for the perfect roast or steak!

Kentucky Proud!

We also have a plethora of Kentucky Proud and other local items available for you! From local dairy and eggs, to great Kentucky snacks, or local fresh baked bread, to fresh picked produce, we can help you with that special meal or cookout!

When you think about priorities, food, shelter and medicine are at the top of the list. Thursday, we will focus on food, and we are honored to be joined by Josh Wesftall, who along with his wife Stacey and some like-minded investors, decided to open a USDA meat processing plant in Lawrenceburg. This enormous venture was conceived of during the COVID lockdowns and is the result of their desire to bring sustainable meat processing that is geared toward the small family farm to the under-served Central Kentucky region.

The Westfalls and this enterprise need and deserve our support, and we need them, so please come to learn about what they have to offer and how you can help ensure their success.

Want Real, Nutrient-Dense Food? Join us in the Kentucky Food Independence Club!

Kentucky agriculture remains the foundation of our culture: raising/growing nutrient dense food for home and/or market, maintaining strong family ties, respect for property, and a strong work ethic.

Our Mission is to connect Kentucky’s “real food” farmers to educated consumers. Real health begins with clean food. As more and more of us wake up to this fact, we see an increase in consumers wanting to leave behind unhealthy practices and jump in with local "real food" farmers!

Real Food Ky
We want nutrient dense food. We want to get & stay healthy. Real food from a clean planet is how we do it!
By Sally Oh

What’s a real food farmer? By “real food”, we mean NUTRIENT DENSE food raised and/or grown as close to the earth and as naturally as possible. Like:

  • Non-GMO or organic feed

  • Pastured livestock on unsprayed fields

  • Grass-fed cattle, mostly grass-finished but occasionally some grain-on-grass-finished, as long as the grain is non-GMO or organic and the cattle continue to live on pasture with the sun shining on their backs.

  • Pastured milk cows - supplemented soy-free grains while milking to keep the cows happy and standing still

  • Unsprayed hay

  • Organic gardening practices

  • Regenerative soil practices

The KY Food Independence Club (KFIC) is a private membership food buying club featuring healthy food provided by Ky farmers. It’s like an online grocery only all the food is REAL & healthy. Nutrient dense foods like…

  • farm fresh raw milk & dairy products (butter, cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream and more)

  • raw milk cheeses

  • pastured eggs

  • grass-fed, pastured meats

  • organic sourdough bread & other baked goods

  • local honey
