Our long-time liberty friend, Derek Nance, finally has his day in court! His trial starts this Monday 7/13/26 at 8:30 am in Judge Travis’ courtroom D at the Lexington Circuit Court, 2nd floor, at the corner of Limestone and Main. (Parking is available at the library or in the courthouse lot.)
If you’ve ever sat in a courtroom watching how our justice system works, you know what a toll it takes on the accused. Which, if the digital prison keeps plowing ahead like a runaway train, could be you.

If you never have, you don’t want to miss this education. Way better than a sign-waving or protest — you are inside the walls while 12 of Derek’s peers hear the evidence and decide his guilt or innocence.
The tentative schedule: Jury selection is this Monday. The prosecution will take Tuesday and probably Wednesday. Derek’s defense is Thursday and Friday. The jury will likely begin deliberations on Friday afternoon. Court is usually in session 8:30-4.
Derek is asking if you can come in 3+ hour shifts. Come any day Mon-Fri that works for you. If you can do only one shift, awesome! If you can do more, exceptionally awesome!!! Knowing he is not alone while defending his freedom makes an enormous difference. The effect on Derek and JoAnn, his long-time partner, is HUGE.
