I just spoke to Derek and he will present his defense starting Wed after lunch and Thursday so come any hours you can those two days. The prosecution is presenting its case tomorrow and perhaps some on Wed am. Derek expects that the jury will begin deliberations on Thursday so Friday might be done. No way to know for sure until closer to that day.
I'm sorry, what Derek did was wrong in my opinion. I can't support that. I wish him the best of luck, however.
